A wealth of experience
Gerard Guinan is a Director and Chartered Surveyor with over 25 years professional experience in both neighbourly matters and Party Wall Act procedures.
Gerard’s background is in construction and in Higher Education where he was employed as a full time Lecturer in Building Crafts and Building Technology at the Hertfordshire College of Building and Tottenham College of Technology both of which had reputations for being centres of excellence. Both Colleges have since expanded and been renamed respectively as Oaklands College and the College of Haringey, Enfield and North East London.
